Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Bfames, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all participants. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before registering for an event.
1. Event Cancellation by Bfames
If an event is officially canceled by Bfames for any reason, attendees will be eligible for a full refund or may choose to have their payment adjusted to the rescheduled date if the event is postponed.
Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days from the date of cancellation.
2. Attendee Cancellation & Refund Policy
All participants are allowed to cancel their registration at any time. However, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances for voluntary cancellations.
3. Ticket Transfer Policy
Ticket transfers are subject to the nature of the event and may or may not be allowed. This policy varies per event, and Bfames will specify the ticket transfer conditions in the event details.
4. Refund Processing
If an event is canceled by Bfames, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.
If an attendee prefers to receive the refund in a different account, they must contact Bfames via official email (contact@bfames.com) or WhatsApp to request the change.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued for:
Attendee-initiated cancellations.
No-shows or incomplete participation.
Last-minute event changes beyond Bfames’ control.
By registering for an event with Bfames, attendees acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
